  • Details about payments to and from you and other details of products (beats/instrumentals) you have purchased from us.
  • Note: We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Account Management: To manage your access to the “Native Boardroom” portal, maintain your “My Catalog” history, and secure your purchased assets.
  • Communication: To send you transactional emails (receipts, password resets), project updates, and scheduling notifications for Vision Calls.

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages and calls from Charlie Hayz Music, LLC regarding:

  • Project updates and studio session scheduling.
  • Account security and maintenance.

  • Purchased Files: Download links for purchased assets are active in your portal for 14 days from the date of acquisition. After this period, the files are removed from our active servers to ensure security and efficiency.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files to your own local storage within this timeframe.
